Dinner
Get this for my five a day: crab claw noodle stir-fry, comprised of garlic, onions, yellow pepper, red chilli pepper, string beans, asparagus, mini corn, pak choi, cumin, 5 spice, noodles, and, of course, some crab claws. Then I had a white chocolate Magnum.
Dinner (Wednesday)
I had my brother over for dinner. Smoked salmon to start, chilli con carne and basmati rice, with a lot of wine and beer.

Dinner
Vegetable noodle stir fry, ie. garlic, onions, shallot, mushrooms, leek, spinach, asparagus fried in some olive oil with salt, pepper, chinese 5 spice and soy sauce, then some noodles added. Two eclairs and coffee and cream to follow. Majorly fat.

Dinner
Prawn cocktail to start. Roast beef, roast potatoes and mushy peas. Strawberries, berries, ice cream and cream for dessert. I am fat.
Dinner (Saturday)
Some prawns and a cup of soup to start. Shoulder of pork, sweetcorn and potatoes. The crackling was irresistible!

Dinner
Turkey drumsticks and mushroom risotto. Unfortunately my sticky barbeque sauce was just a little too successful. While basting the drumsticks my fingerstips happened to touch the sticky barbeque sauce which, being sticky, stuck to them and proceeded to cook them too. I write with bandages on my fingers. Nice sauce though. Then a choc ice and some chocolates.

Carrots, celery and whiting in a white wine, cream and mushroom sauce. Had some crudites (ie. raw celery and carrots) and houmous to start.

So far at any rate. Grilled chicken, cheese, tomato and salad sandwiches. Apple juice. A chocolate mousse.
