Souper Day

I had some stock from a ham hock I boiled on Saturday, so today was soup day. Celery, carrots, parsnip, potatoes, some garlic, onion, butter beans, soup mix (barley etc.), dried herbs (parsley, basil, thyme, etc.), pepper and salt all went in. Then I thought, hang on, I have some Parma ham, so in went some slivers of that. Should be good.
